HOW IT WORKS
We’ve made this simple.
Step 1: Find a frame you love. Actually, there’s a lot of cool frames, this will be the trickiest part.
Step 2: Order the frame. The price you see includes either clear anti-glare scratch resistant lenses,
or polarized sunnies. You can opt for Prescription or non Prescription. If your prescription is high
our resident Optometrist will select thinner and lighter lenses for you at no extra cost.
Step 3: They’re posted to you with neat case and cloth
Step 4: LOVE THEM. We’ll donate to Vision Aid Overseas on your behalf.
Step 5: If you don’t love them, send them back. We’ll refund what you paid, but obviously won’t
recall the donation to Vision Aid Overseas.
FAQ’s
- Is there a warranty? Yes. 12 month warranty as you’d expect with any new pair of
spectacles. If we don’t have the exact frame in stock (they’re vintage – we only have what
we have) then we’ll issue a voucher to choose a new pair. - Does my prescription need to be up to date? Yes!! Please see responsibly everyone.
Wearing spectacles should be fun and bold and exciting, but buying online does not
substitute a thorough Sight Test. - Can I speak with someone? Send an email with contact number and we’ll call you!
